Commands

All of the bot commands within their sections.

Prefix: >

Staff Commands:

  • add <@User/UserID> - Add a user to a ticket either by mentioning them or just including the userID in the command.

  • del <@User/UserID> - Remove a user from a ticket either by mentioning them or just including the userID in the command.

  • close <OptionalReason> - Close a ticket resulting in a ticket log to be sent to the assigned log channel.

  • status <Enable/Disable> - Enable/Disable the ticket system to toggle new ticket creations.

  • blacklist <@User/UserID> - Blacklist a user from creating new tickets.

  • whitelist <@User/UserID> - Whitelist a user to create new tickets.

  • setprefix <NewPrefix> - Set a custom server prefix for the bot.

User Commands:

  • new <Reason> - Open a new ticket with a reason for the designated support to deal with

  • me - Grab all of the TicketAid related data that is stored on you. (e.g Ticket Count/Tickets Closed)

Miscellaneous Commands:

  • help / help <CommandName> - Open the help command / Display the usage and aliases of a command.

  • info - Some minor information on the bot. (e.g Owner/Support Server)

  • stats - Bot's operational statistics.

  • invite - Link to invite the bot to your server.

  • vote - Support the bot by voting for it on the various sites displayed.

  • voted - Check when you last voted.

  • voted <@User/UserID> - Check when another user last voted for the bot.

  • votes - View the top 10 voters of the bot.

  • ping - Bot's ping and uptime.

  • prefix - Bot's prefixes.
